Description

  • Non-Elastomeric Design:Eliminates the rubber elements that degrade in high-temperature wells, ensuring consistent performance up to 175°C (347°F).
  • Tunable Attenuation: The spring stack-up can be adjusted to shift the resonant frequency between 7Hz and 20Hz, allowing you to match the tool to your specific agitation device.
  • Viscous Damping: Uses hydraulic damping to provide true frequency attenuation (40dB reduction at twice the resonant frequency) with little to no gain at resonance.
  • Piston Compensation: Replaces fragile bladders with a robust piston compensation system, preventing failure under high-impact loading and deep-well hydrostatic pressure.
  • Rapid Serviceability: Designed for the shop floor, the entire tool can be torn down, inspected, and rebuilt in less than one hour.
